1. Introduction
These Terms of Service describe the permitted use of AdsRadar, an AI-assisted advertising analytics and diagnostics technology.
2. Description of service
AdsRadar collects or imports reporting data from advertising, product, analytics, and spreadsheet sources and presents dashboards, comparisons, diagnostics, and report summaries for human review.
3. Eligibility and authorization
Users must connect or import data only from accounts and reporting sources they are authorized to access. Users are responsible for complying with the policies of connected platforms.
4. Permitted use
AdsRadar may be used for reporting, diagnostics, analysis, data-quality review, and preparation of human-reviewed reports. It may not be used to violate advertising platform policies, privacy laws, or third-party rights.
5. Customer data
Customer data may include reporting exports, account metadata, analytics data, product status data, import files, generated reports, prompts, and audit logs. Customer data is processed to provide the service and maintain security.
6. Third-party services
AdsRadar may work with Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, Google Sheets, CSV exports, hosting providers, email providers, and AI providers. Use of these services is also governed by the terms and policies of each provider.
7. Reporting-focused operation
AdsRadar provides analytics, diagnostics, and report summaries for human review. AdsRadar does not create, edit, pause, remove, or apply changes to campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies, ads, assets, keywords, product feeds, or account settings through the platform.
8. AI outputs
AI-generated explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by humans. AdsRadar does not guarantee that AI output identifies every cause or produces a specific advertising result.
9. Availability and development
AdsRadar is under active development. Features, connectors, reports, AI explanations, and user interface behavior may change over time.
10. Security responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using authorized accounts, reviewing access permissions, and revoking access when it is no longer needed.
11. Intellectual property
AdsRadar, including its interface, workflows, documentation, and software components, remains the property of its operator or applicable rights holders. Users retain rights to their own imported data and reports.
12. No guarantee of results
AdsRadar provides analysis and context. It does not guarantee advertising performance, conversion volume, revenue, approval status, ranking, or business outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdsRadar is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Users remain responsible for decisions made in advertising platforms.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated as AdsRadar develops or as platform and legal requirements change.
