AdsRadar processes advertising, product, analytics, spreadsheet, and report data to provide dashboards, diagnostics, and report summaries.

Nature and purpose of processing

Processing includes importing, normalizing, storing snapshots, comparing reporting periods, generating summaries, troubleshooting, and maintaining security.

Categories of data

Data may include account metadata, reporting metrics, product status data, analytics reports, import files, generated reports, prompts, and security logs.

Processor obligations

AdsRadar uses data only for the purposes described in this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.

Subprocessors

AdsRadar may use hosting, database/storage, email, and optional AI providers to operate the service. Data is not sold.

Security measures

Security measures may include TLS, access controls, credential encryption where applicable, audit logs, CSRF protection, and restricted server paths.

Deletion or return

Users may request deletion of applicable data when it is no longer needed for reporting, diagnostics, troubleshooting, or security.
