1. Overview
AdsRadar is an AI-assisted advertising analytics and diagnostics platform. This Privacy Policy explains how AdsRadar handles data connected to advertising accounts, analytics properties, product status reports, spreadsheet imports, generated reports, and security events.
2. Who we are

3. Scope
This policy applies to the public AdsRadar website, the private AdsRadar application workspace, connected reporting sources, imported reports, and generated analytics summaries.
4. Data categories
- Account and profile data, such as user email address, role, access status, and authentication events.
- Google Ads reporting data, such as campaigns, campaign type, metrics, conversions, conversion value, account hierarchy, and change history.
- Merchant Center product status data, such as product IDs, approval status, item issues, availability, limited state, and disapproved state.
- GA4 analytics data, such as sessions, purchases, revenue, acquisition, ecommerce, and website-side reporting signals.
- Google Sheets and CSV import data, including scheduled report exports and normalized rows.
- Prompts and report payloads prepared for analytics explanation or AI-assisted reporting.
- Logs and security events, such as login events, audit logs, trusted device records, and error records.
- Contact and support messages sent to AdsRadar email addresses.
5. How data is used
AdsRadar uses data to generate dashboards, compare reporting periods, diagnose campaign and product-related performance changes, evaluate data maturity, prepare report summaries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security. AdsRadar is designed for analysis, diagnostics, reporting, and human-reviewed decisions.
6. Google API Services data
AdsRadar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google API data is used only to provide analytics, diagnostics, reporting, data-quality review, and security for authorized users. AdsRadar does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising outside the service, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
7. AI processing
AdsRadar may send prepared summaries or aggregated analytics payloads to AI providers for report explanation. API keys, refresh tokens, passwords, client secrets, database credentials, and other secrets are not sent to AI providers. Where provider settings allow, data is not used to train generalized AI models. AI output is intended for human review.
8. Data sharing and subprocessors
AdsRadar does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, database/storage, email/support, and optional AI providers required to operate the service. These providers are used only for the purposes described in this policy.
9. Cookies
The public AdsRadar website uses only necessary technical functionality unless analytics are explicitly added later and this policy is updated. The private application may use secure session cookies and trusted-device cookies for authentication and security.
10. Security
AdsRadar uses TLS, access controls, encrypted credential storage where applicable, CSRF protection for POST actions, optional email one-time codes for private access, audit logs, and server-side restrictions for sensitive files.
11. Retention
Reporting snapshots, import batches, logs, and generated reports may be retained as needed for diagnostics, trend analysis, security, troubleshooting, and compliance review. Data can be deleted when it is no longer needed.
12. User controls
Users can request deletion, disconnect reporting sources where supported, and revoke Google access through the relevant Google account or product settings.
13. Children
AdsRadar is a business analytics tool and is not intended for children under 18.
14. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as AdsRadar develops, data sources change, or legal and platform requirements evolve.
